The Affiliation Process
- You will first need to be familiar with the Fellowship’s Handbook of Faith and Practice to be sure the Fellowship is the organization for you. Download the Handbook.
- Download and complete the application form for church affiliation with the IFBC.
- Complete the application and return to the IFBC office by mail or scan and email completed form to [email protected].
- Completed applications are submitted to a Credentials Commission for review and acceptance. This process may take several weeks, depending upon consultations with the applying organization and/or the time needed for a decision by the members of the Commission.
- Applicants will be contacted by an officer of the Fellowship for a consultation regarding the application. This consultation may be conducted by phone, video chat or on-site visit.
- Once applications have been reviewed, applicants will be informed of the decision of the Credentials Commission. Approved organizations will be presented an official credential of membership from the Fellowship Office.
