Philippines Report August 2020
Report for the month of August 2020 from Richard K.
During the month of August, we attended a series of training sessions on how to do generational coaching. It was helpful in learning how missions is done around the world. It included videos and other media which was very helpful. I believe it will help us keep in touch with our pastors as we mobilize our goals and ministries.
Our churches are almost back to normal Sunday worship. One of the benefits that has come from the pandemic is that many of our churches actually grew because of home Bible studies, youth and children’s activities conducted in members’ homes.
The church in Banaoang West, and Moncada Tarlac resumed construction of their church buildings. Iba church is still working on the church fence and as well the parsonage. Casampagaan church also did a small project by extending a shade adjacent to the entrance door of the church.
Meanwhile, I have begun a ministry as a coach/pastor under the PNP K9 Squad Team of Tarlac province. We are having sessions once a week. I love this squad team for they are cooperative and friendly. I am praying that by coaching them in moral values will lead them to Christ. I need your prayers for this ministry.
Projects here at Bible School campus continue, with many things yet to be done. During the pandemic they started schooling via online zoom. We are thankful that we have a good signal here so we can accomplish this where others are not so fortunate.
That will do it for the month of August. Thank you so much to your undying concern and support to us on the Philippine Field.
Brother in Christ, Richard K.
