PHILIPPINES REPORT FOR JANUARY 2023

EVENTS THIS PAST MONTH

GMCT meeting with Pastors, where we had introduced them to the concept of Leaders Discipleship Band (LDB). I am sure you are familiar with the method that John Wesley used. It was greatly received and was a continuance of what Dr. Larry Freed had previously instituted in a training session in Bagiuo City.
We also conducted our national leaders, Pastors, and Partners Disciple Making Journey (DMG module 2) that was held and catered at our Bible School campus. Again, Dr Larry Freed and his wife facilitated this training. This was a wonderful, meaningful, and fruitful time. We also passed this type of training on to our HIFBC local leaders. We will have more information on how this was received in next month’s report.
During the third week of January, we held a funeral in Banaong West Moncada and on January 28 in our church at HIFBC Banengbeng we held a wedding. Weddings are always a great time of fun and celebration.
Projects at the Bible School, continue to slowly get done. We were able to purchase a copy machine and are scouting for another.
